We pay great for quality technicians, techs make anywhere from 70-300k a Year Hourly, Piece Rate, Bonuses, Company profit share.
Requirements –
- Technicians must have passed Trade schooling or 4 Years minimum onsite experience with references.
- EPA Certified
- Nate certifications encouraged
- Customer Service Skills
- On Call Rotating Schedule
- No minors
- Pass a background check and drug test
- Need to be able to lift over 65 pounds and work 50 hour work weeks in summertime
- 4 Years experience onsite
- High Piece Rate Pay for excellent installs
